Hunger is the first and foremost thing that we need to eradicate from society. Keeping the thought in mind, the Sahil Sharma Foundation was incepted in April 2024 with the purpose of serving those who haven’t received a single nutritious meal in their life. The idea behind establishing the organization was simple- to bring a change and to foster a community where the underprivileged people are loved and cared for. Ever since, our foundation has realized that food is the only basis to sustain life on earth and a nutrient-enriched meal can save so many individuals who die every single day due to starvation and malnutrition.
Sahil Sharma Foundation reaches to those who are bereft of a healthy and nutritious life. Hence we provide nourishment to children, elderly, and others who have been spending life on roads without receiving care from anyone. We work for the betterment of these individuals by providing them warm and fresh meals that do not only feed their stomachs, but also nourish their souls. Our main motive is to fetch meals for the needy that improve their health and well-being.
Hunger and malnutrition have forever been a prevalent issue in India. Therefore, with every distribution drive that we organize, we ensure that every meal reaches the right stomach. Alongside, in the heat which leaves our bodies dehydrated, we have opted to distribute soft cold drink bottles to stay cool in the dry weather. No matter whoever crosses our path, whether a delivery boy or a security guard or any passerby whom we encounter, we distribute cold drink bottles and meals to everyone we see around us.
Initially started as a foundation by two individuals dedicated to devoting themselves in the service to mankind, today Sahil Sharma Foundation is a community of individuals and patrons who have decided to come together and make a positive impact around them. From volunteering in our drives to donating for the noble cause, we stand tall in bringing smiles and hopes to so many people, eventually garnering blessings from the lives that we have served so far. Because spreading kindness has always been a priority for us.
Through our distribution drives, we wish to gather the attention of the public towards the extremity that most of the people in our society and neighborhood go through. We pledge to bring a positive change in the lives of these people and minimize the distance between hunger and access to secure and equitable food resources. Sahil Sharma Foundation dreams of restoring a world safe for these helpless humans and bringing back humanity by sharing meals to one another.
